A very trendy product growing in popularity with us and in the market in general. Defrost and remove from the tray ( discard the liquid).... then on a tray, place in a hot oven or under the grill to get that fat layer crispy.

2.Net weight and tolerances: 200grm  ± 7%

5.Organoleptic quality:  Tender pork belly infused with rosemary & fennel.
 
6.Usage Guidelines:  For best results,  pierce pack and microwave for 2-5 minutes. Remove belly and grill until skin is crisp. Retain jus in tray and pour over belly to serve
