A generous and succulent portion of ‘on the bone’ lamb shoulder coated with mint and cooked slowly in its own juices to create a wonderfully tender dish with a full flavoured mint jus.

Once reheated in the bag we recommend that the lamb shoulder is flashed under a hot grill or oven to ‘crisp up’ the thin fat layer, then the sauce can be added.

Boil in the bag or microwave.


In our experience:

'The Jewel in the Crown'..... a mini joint of Lamb, on the bone for the very best flavour. Lamb can be very inconsistent and fatty... BUT THIS ISN'T !!

Chef's like to reheat in the bag then carefully transfer to a tray to 'crisp & brown' in a hot oven or under the grill. The minty Jus can then be added to serve.

And once again:-
  • No waste.
  • No cook loss.
  • No 'spooning of the fat'.... a waste of money.
  • Only takes 20-25 minutes in a saucepan of hot water to reheat + browning.
  • Total customer satisfaction time and time again.
  • Great for any service and fabulous for Sunday Lunch.
